What you need…

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (Change to a strawberry or raspberry and replace the 1 orange for a handful or raspberries or strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 cup (230ml) almond milk

Method…

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
