What you need…

  • 1 frozen chopped banana 
  • 1 cup (155g) berries, frozen 
  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats 
  • ¼ cup (30g) vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter 
  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened 

Method…

Place everything into a high-speed blender. 

Blend, stopping to scrape the sides as needed, until smooth. Serve immediately. 

Top Tip…

You can use any berries you like, change the flavour you use to a raspberry, a strawberry or even the white chocolate to give you that indulgence.
